I had been a client of this salon for several years. Usually, they did a decent job, especially the women working there. However, I was unlucky enough to visit the salon before New Year’s and my trip, where I was attended to by a man there. I believe he is also one of the salon’s owners.I got a powder manicure, and the next day I left for a two-week vacation. By the third day of my trip, my manicure started chipping and peeling off. Over these two weeks, I watched the polish flake off my nails, making them shorter and shorter. Unfortunately, there wasn’t a nearby spa where I could fix the issue.When I returned to the salon after two weeks, this man greeted me at the entrance and asked me to choose a nail polish color. I told him I was very dissatisfied with their service last time and that the work was poorly done. After hearing this, his demeanor changed, and he told me they didn’t have any available technicians that day. When I asked why he had asked me to choose a polish if they were fully booked, he insisted again that there were no available technicians at the moment.I then asked when I could come the next day, and he said 12 p.m. Since I work at that time, I told him it wasn’t convenient for me. He handed me a business card and said I could call, but it seemed unlikely they would have availability the next day either. It was clear that I had become an unwanted client at that point.I was extremely disappointed with their service this time, and most importantly, I realized that they don’t take responsibility for their work in cases of poor quality. I was considering staying as their client, but after such treatment, I highly doubt that I will.

This was the most tranquil most efficient mani pedi I’ve ever received. Bebe made sure to ask me every step of the way if I liked the nails so the line of communication stayed open! Hannah’s massage throughout the pedicure was SOO GOOD, she’s also super thorough with cuticle care! Love them and will be returning!

The employees were nice, but they overbooked. My friend and I had to wait 30 minutes past our appointment time just to get seated and then we waited another 15 minutes to get service. Then, I picked out my color and the lady put this on my nails. She only did 2 coats and she rushed so she made a few small cuts on my fingers with her tool. I paid $50 and I even left a tip, but after leaving, I realized what a horrible job they did. It doesn't even look like my nails were done at all. I will never recommend it or go back.

I'm disappointed with how my nails turned out. The workers are very sweet but my nails are a flop. The gentleman that did my nails got up every few minutes to help everyone else but left me sitting there for a while. I did not mind due to him being so kind but the work on my nails looks very rushed. They just need more help.

I am writing this review for my wife. She had a mani-pedi gel today.Service was great, the technicians were great and the final product was excellent.The only negative was an experience of one rude customer. This woman did not have an appointment, she just arrived, she stormed her way through the shop, approached my technician and in a demanding voice asked exactly how much longer it would be. Not liking the answer, this rude customer stomped out. I feel sorry for people in the service industry who must endure rude people.
